This position is responsible for supporting financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. What You'll Do:

• Prepare and support monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
• Maintain inventory controls, labor reporting, job costing, overhead application, and cost accounting processes.
• Analyze financial and operational variances, gross margins, and cost trends while providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Review bills of materials, inventory transactions, freight costs, duties, and other accounting data to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with operations teams to improve inventory accuracy, cycle counts, production reporting, and internal controls.

What You Need to Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Four or more years of accounting or financial experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and Power BI is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. #SMNCareers #Metrocareers
