Payment directly to financial institution Moving Allowance: reimbursement for reasonable household moving expenses to the Saginaw Community Educational Support: provided while completing residency Comprehensive Benefits: life, health, dental, vision for physician and family Malpractice Coverage: premiums provided by Covenant HealthCare Paid Time Off: 37 days of paid vacation, approved in advance by Director CME allowance and allowance for professional dues annually Job/Practice Description Full‑time, Saginaw, MI Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Direct primary medical care to all patients with highest medical standards and ethics in caring atmosphere Outpatient practice settings with robust employed hospitalist program Several subspecialists part of medical staff, including surgical specialties and pediatric subspecialties Work‑Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements Typical schedule 4.5 days per week, 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative hours Flexibility for 4‑day work week may be available depending on other providers Clinic hours Monday‑Thursday 8 AM‑4:30 PM (1 hr lunch), Friday 8 AM‑12 PM; variability based on clinic and provider needs No mandated Saturday or evening requirements Call Arrangement: shared call with primary care colleagues (phone only) Patient Volume: moving to a 15/30‑minute schedule (from 20/40 minutes) with ability to extend for patients requiring longer Support Staff: each physician has one dedicated MA; clinics typically have onsite manager or shared leadership, generally one clerical MA for check‑in and one for check‑out Some clinics have Lead MAs and Case Managers; plans for expansion of Case Manager support Technology & Efficiency: utilizes Epic EMR with ongoing support from Onsite Support Assistants; DeepScribe used for note‑taking; seamless communication for admissions and ER visits sent to PCP via Epic Procedures and Virtual Appointments: all practices perform minor procedures based on provider preference; all clinics have capability for virtual appointments Patient‑Centered Medical Homes: many practice sites are designated PCMH, some with CPC+ status Professional Background Board Eligible / Board Certified in Internal Medicine Ability to hold Michigan State license Open to new grad or experienced physicians H1B sponsorship if necessary Contact Raymond Stiles View phone number on click.appcast.io) View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr NOW Healthcare Recruitment
