Maintenance Technician I

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will build upon your previous experience and skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our maintenance operations. You will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to:General/Grounds: Perform painting tasks and minor drywall repairs.Plumbing: Change shower trim/cartridges and replace toilets, wax rings, and surrounds. Check and report water heater issues.Electrical: Change outlets and switches, as well as light fixtures and ballasts.HVAC: Check common area boilers and diagnose furnace/air handler issues.Client/Company Impact:Contribute to general grounds maintenance and painting tasks.Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.Utilize technology platforms for work orders and vendor relations.Participate in on-call rotation and assist with vendor relations.Office Contribution/Leadership:Attendance at every All-Company Meetings once a quarter.Active participation in Maintenance Level 10 meetings.Training Requirements:Work order management and continued development in maintenance skills.Culture & Communication:Exhibits creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.Demonstrates integrity and ownership in communication.Views conflict as an opportunity for improvement.We offer competitive salary and benefits in a team-oriented environment.
