Maintenance Leader
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Location: Los Angeles, California
Minimum Degree: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
High school diploma or GED required
3-5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in beverage or high-speed food/CPG production environments
Experience & Background
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling
- Experience in high-speed, automated production environments (beverage, dairy, bottling, or packaging preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and implement solutions
Leadership & Communication
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Effective communication skills
- Self-directed with ability to prioritize and multitask
Tools & Environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexible to support a 24/7 operation
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + 13% bonus
