Partner with Aquent to join a leading global retail brand renowned for its innovative approach to beauty and client experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary Senior Designer to make a significant impact on a beloved brand's client engagement strategy. You will shape the visual identity of key initiatives, translating conceptual brilliance into flawless, high-impact designs that resonate across all touchpoints, serving as a crucial link between strategic vision and meticulous execution.

Responsibilities
- Apply highly graphic brand guidelines across a wide range of touchpoints, including digital platforms and in-store visual displays.
- Build cohesive design systems across multiple promotional programs to ensure consistent visual impact and brand integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content development and marketing, to deliver a robust and engaging client experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience with mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- A phenomenal handle on modern graphic design, leaning into bold, dynamic aesthetics rather than illustrative styles.
- Proven ability to work strictly yet creatively within strong brand guidelines, with experience in any modern branding sector highly welcomed.
- A pragmatic, execution-grounded mindset rather than purely conceptual dreaming.
- Capacity to manage tight turnaround times.
