People Experience and Community Engagement Lead

This role ensures every employee’s first impression reflects our values of inclusion, recognition, and teamwork, while building meaningful connections with local partners and organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement & OnboardingHost daily welcome sessions for new hiresManage onboarding process (scheduling, reminders, communications)Partner with managers to support new hire onboardingCoordinate monthly employee engagement activitiesCommunity Engagement & OutreachRepresent the company at community events (e.g., McTeachers Night)Build relationships with schools and community partnersOrganize monthly and holiday engagement initiativesQualificationsStrong communication and facilitation skills (bilingual preferred)Dependable transportation to ensure on‑time attendance and support for building relationships with schools and community partnersExperience in event planning, onboarding, or community engagementCreative eye for design and brandingDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsManages their own workload and takes initiative, while also acting as a cooperative and supportive team memberPassion for building inclusive and welcoming environmentsThis role requires candidates to be at least 18 years old due to job‑related responsibilities.Why Join UsThis is more than a role—it’s a chance to shape how employees experience our culture from day one and how our community sees us as a trusted, engaged partner.
