As an In?House Marketing Concierge, you'll spend your day engaging owners and guests, learning about their travel interests, and inviting eligible guests to attend vacation ownership presentations and previews. Shifts will be scheduled within the operating hours of 6:30 AM–9:30 PM.As an In House Marketing Concierge, you will be responsible for:Engaging owners, guests, and visitors in a professional, friendly wayStarting natural conversations to understand guest interests and travel preferencesBooking vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini?vacation packages for eligible guestsOffering concierge?style recommendations for dining, attractions, and island experiencesRepresenting Hilton Grand Vacations with confidence, care, and attention to detailKeeping appointment and guest information accurate using approved systemsQualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, concierge services, retail, or another guest?facing role2 years of proven customer service experienceStrong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in-person, over email, and on the telephoneIntermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalentProficiency in EnglishIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Previous timeshare or vacation ownership experienceExperience in a performance-based position with a commission componentBackground in luxury or premium customer serviceProven understanding of Hawai?i Island, including attractions, dining, and tourist activitiesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
