About the Role

Our long-term client is seeking a customer-focused


New Account Specialist


to support new customers during their first 30 days of service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for onboarding, product education, and account support to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful adoption of services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Contact and engage with new customers during their first month of service
  
  



• 
  Guide customers through onboarding and account setup
  
  



• 
  Provide training and education on available products and services
  
  



• 
  Ensure customers understand key features, tools, and resources
  
  



• 
  Proactively address questions and concerns
  
  



• 
  Support customer retention efforts through exceptional service and problem resolution
  
  



• 
  Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process
  
  



• 
  Partner with internal teams to resolve customer needs efficiently
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account activity
  
  



• 
  Meet established service and retention goals
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  1+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, account management, call center, or a related field
  
  



• 
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
  



• 
  Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  
  



• 
  Ability to explain information clearly and professionally
  
  



• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  



• 
  Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  
  



• 
  Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience with customer onboarding, retention, or account support
  
  



• 
  Experience providing software or product training
  
  



• 
  Background in subscription-based services or customer success environments

  High-volume customer support experience
