Manager of Outpatient Services, RN City of Hope is a leading cancer and diabetes research and treatment organization. The Outpatient Services Manager provides leadership to licensed and non‑licensed staff, prescribes, delegates, and coordinates care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The manager develops policies and procedures, ensures quality patient care, and serves as a hospital‑wide resource. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction of Outpatient Oncology Clinic Services and establish priorities in line with executive and physician leadership goals. Lead, recruit, develop, and supervise all levels of staff, ensuring proper orientation, training, and competency assessment. Coordinate daily staffing plans, nursing policies, and procedures; represent nursing services in initiatives, meetings, and committees. Develop, evaluate, and implement policies, procedures, and services to assure delivery of quality patient care. Serve as a resource for administrative and operational problems, provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews. Monitor compliance with state nursing board regulations, City of Hope policies, and infection control guidelines. Investigate safety events, communicate solutions, and ensure action for safety improvement. Maintain home‑based outpatient service scheduling to meet agreed standards. Qualifications 5 years of leadership experience in an ambulatory care setting. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
