Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (10:00 19:00)

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Contract (13-26 weeks)

Licensure/Certifications: CA State License, DEA, BLS (Board certification preferred, but will accept BE)

Experience: 2+ years in family practice, comfortable working with all ages, including children and adults

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient family medicine services in clinics and mobile units
• Treat patients of all ages, with a focus on comprehensive primary care
• Collaborate with team members to deliver patient-centered care
• Document patient encounters using EPIC electronic medical record software
• Assist with preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute issues
• Work in a dynamic environment with flexible clinic locations and schedules

What You Need

• Valid CA medical license and DEA registration
• BLS certification (board certification preferred, but will accept boards eligible applicants)
• Minimum of 2+ years' clinical experience in family practice
• Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve a diverse patient population
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing daily needs

About the Assignment Join a facility dedicated to delivering high-quality outpatient care across multiple settings, including mobile clinics, school-based clinics, and brick-and-mortar locations. The provider will primarily split time between these environments, serving diverse communities with a focus on comprehensive family health services. Full orientation week required to ensure seamless integration.
