Position Summary

LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Schroth School 12-Month Program team in Ocean Township, NJ. This immediate full-time or part-time temporary position provides physical therapy services to students ages 3-21 with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in a dynamic transdisciplinary school setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities

Implement and support student IEP goals and therapeutic objectives

Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members, families, and school staff

Participate in team meetings and treatment planning

Maintain compliance with all applicable professional, state, and agency standards

Required Qualifications

Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist License required

New Jersey School Certification required

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a transdisciplinary environment

Must pass required background clearances and screenings
