Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and everyday living capabilities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their caregivers on therapy practices to facilitate ongoing recovery at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment plans as required, ensuring steady patient advancement

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continued education or post-graduate credentials are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
