How You'll Make An Impact This role involves both account management and production responsibilities—hybrid role. It includes renewal/retention and new business goals. You will be responsible for developing and successfully acquiring new business revenue from both new and existing clients, while providing high-level client service to assigned accounts. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience. License required. Preferred: Professional designation such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM is preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding communication skills. Behaviors: Position requires excellent communication skills.
