Lead CX/UX Designer - Hybrid, End-to-End Product Design

Wolters Kluwer seeks a Lead CX/UX Designer to own end-to-end UX for a complex product area. You will conduct independent research, define problems worth solving, and develop data-driven solutions across discovery, interaction, and visual design. You'll mentor peers, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and apply AI and code-based tools to accelerate work. Hybrid role with in-person collaboration roughly eight days per month, supporting a distributed US office footprint.
