Join our Primary Care team and deliver full‑time outpatient family medicine in one of our five clinics. We are a mission‑driven organization focused on providing full‑spectrum care for underserved communities in northern New Mexico.

Practice Highlights

• Monday‑Friday (eight hour day) work schedule, or four days per week, ten hour days
• Full‑time, 34 patient‑facing hours of care and 6 hours of administrative time per week
• Family medicine provider call rotation, limited to telephone call only
• Patient volume about 16+ patients per day

Education: Active board‑eligible or certified family medicine physician and unrestricted New Mexico medical license.
