Active New York State Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required. Experience performing evaluations and managing caseloads in post-acute or long-term care preferred. Comfortable participating in interdisciplinary morning meetings and assisting with ancillary tasks as part of the facility workflow. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Start: ASAP.
