Warehouse And Shipping Manager
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse and shipping role.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Shipping Knowledge: Understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations and procedures.
Forklift License: Valid certification required.
Problem-Solving: Ability to make decisions independently and take initiative.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain an efficient and well-structured warehouse.
Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations: Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Perform quality checks and verification of received goods against purchase orders.
Ensure that all items are properly labeled, stored, and accurately reflected in SAP.
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse to optimize space and workflow.
Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory control.
Shipping & Logistics: Prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery, including documentation and labeling.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements for global destinations.
Book and coordinate transport for outgoing shipments.
Handle packing for different types of shipments, including service, aftermarket, and project-related goods.
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Claims & Reporting: Manage and process claims for damaged or missing goods.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
Collaborate closely with the supply chain and logistics team to optimize warehouse functions.
Utilize SAP ERP to track inventory, goods movement, and shipments.
Maintain and update warehouse-related data in Excel and other office software.
Generate reports related to warehouse performance and stock levels.
