RN Navigator Oncology

MidState Medical Center seeks an RN Navigator Oncology to guide cancer patients through the care continuum. In this role, you coordinate appointments, treatments, and referrals; perform clinical assessments; educate patients and families; and help remove barriers to care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, social work, and support services to ensure timely, patient-centered oncology care. Working within a compassionate, team-focused culture, you will support quality outcomes, smooth transitions, and an excellent experience for diverse patients across central Connecticut.
