Mental Health Clinician

Insight Global is looking for a Mental Health Clinician for one of their top social service clients in South Jersey. This role is responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for youth, including facilitating weekly individual, family, and group therapy sessions. The position focuses on delivering structured, needs-based interventions that align with each youth's assessment and treatment goals. Responsibilities include supporting youth with behavioral challenges through targeted strategies, as well as creating engaging lesson plans and session agendas that promote emotional regulation and positive behavior. The ideal candidate has experience working with children with behavioral needs and can design structured, engaging activities that support treatment outcomes and overall development.

Required Skills & Experience
- Master's level therapist licensed to practice in New Jersey, including LSW and LAC,
- Documented plan to achieve independent clinical licensure within three (3) years
