We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst
Position Details
- Role: Senior Data Analyst
- Location: McLean, VA (preferred) or Richmond, VA
- Work Model: Onsite — mandatory
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- Lead meetings with internal customers to identify and define data requirements.
- Map and document business requirements to support data engineering teams.
- Perform metadata registration and data governance activities.
- Configure data quality rules and execute testing.
- Coordinate ETL pipeline testing across multiple areas and validate results.
- Collaborate with legacy Capital One business teams, data engineers, and the DFS team to clarify data requirements.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and core data analysis.
