Responsibilities
- Administer APTA standard physical therapy treatments for disabilities, injuries, and diseases to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain optimal performance
- Conduct patient evaluations, set goals, and develop a plan of care within established practice guidelines
- Implement therapeutic exercise programs and modalities to improve strength, range of motion, endurance, and functional mobility
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes in patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize functional outcomes and ensure continuity of care
- Maintain patient safety, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure compliant and accurate documentation

Requirements
- Outpatient physical therapy experience or demonstrated competency in delivering APTA-standard treatments
- Ability to work under limited supervision in an outpatient setting
- Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in documenting patient care, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Alignment with program policies and safety standards; commitment to patient-centered care
- This role is a travel assignment with 40 hours per week anticipated (Days shift)
