# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit – Colorado

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Aurora, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Patient ratio 1:5; Float pool coverage across inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units

• 345-bed facility with 3-time Magnet Designation, demonstrating excellence in nursing care and patient outcomes
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with large cardiac population, including telemetry and step-down care
• EMR system: Meditech
• Collaborative team environment with supportive staff and float pool of approximately 80 nursing professionals
• Opportunities to care for diverse patient populations with varied acute and chronic medical conditions
• Float to multiple inpatient Med/Tele and Rehabilitation units for varied clinical experience

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required
• Current RN license in good standing
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Chemo Certification a plus (enables scheduling flexibility on Oncology units)
