Unit Manager, RN

Responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company Overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts Mentoring and educating nursing personnel Working with physicians and other medical professionals Requirements Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required A fire and passion for working with seniors A flexible, fun, and energetic personality Excellent written and oral communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in nursing care delivery, mentoring nursing personnel, and collaborating with medical professionals in long-term care settings. Holds a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and possesses strong communication skills essential for effective patient interaction.
