Hybrid Community Employment Specialist with Disability Focus

NC Department of Health and Human Services

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks a Community Employment Program Specialist to assist individuals with disabilities in transitioning from high school to competitive community employment. You will collaborate with counselors and evaluators to identify suitable options and support clients throughout the process.
