Our next Plumbing Service Tech will enjoy the variety of work they get to perform throughout the day. Our well-developed and defined processes will align with their desire to make sure all their T's are crossed and I's are dotted and provide the structure needed to shine. This self-disciplined person will be driven to meet KPIs and proactively contribute to their personal goals as well as the company's. They intuitively know attention to detail, friendliness, and determination are paramount to coming out on top.

Your workday will mostly be spent listening to customers' concerns, educating customers in a good-natured, clear and direct manner so they can make informed choices, and being a champion for our company by adhering to the high standards we've set for ourselves. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Residential Plumbing Service experience is helpful, and we're happy to train the right candidate - we hire for personality over experience

• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills (will work with ServiceTitan - our CRM - and other web-based apps on company provided iPad)
