Chicago Office - M&A Mid-Level Associate

Winston Taylor's Chicago office is looking for a mid-level associate to join their corporate practice group. The ideal candidate will have between three and six years of M&A and private equity experience, specifically in representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in connection with all varieties of M&A and private equity transactions, including the preparation of acquisition/disposition agreements and related matters.
