- Administer mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy to patients according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and staff on respiratory care procedures and device usage.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans.
- Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Valid and current respiratory therapist license or credential.

- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends as needed.
