Floor Nurse

About the Role:

We're seeking experienced and compassionate nurse professionals to join our team on a part time and full time basis. As a Floor Nurse, you'll:

Provide exceptional resident-centered nursing care, administering medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and promote safety, comfort, and quality of life for residents
Utilize your strong interpersonal and team skills to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Benefits and Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $27.50 to $37 per hour based on years of experience and certification
$3,000 Sign-on bonus (payout discussed upon hire)

Qualifications:

Active Florida LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
Strong interpersonal and team skills
Ability to start immediately is a plus
