Floor Nurse

At Lake Placid Health & Rehabilitation , we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents in a warm and inviting environment. As a Floor Nurse , you'll play a vital role in our team, providing resident-centered nursing care and promoting a culture of compassion and connection.

About the Role:

We're seeking experienced and compassionate nurse professionals to join our team on a part time and full time basis. As a Floor Nurse, you'll:

  • Provide exceptional resident-centered nursing care, administering medications and treatments as ordered

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate documentation and promote safety, comfort, and quality of life for residents

  • Utilize your strong interpersonal and team skills to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Hourly wage ranges from $27.50 to $37 per hour based on years of experience and certification

  • $3,000 Sign-on bonus (payout discussed upon hire)

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida LPN or RN license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)

  • Strong interpersonal and team skills

  • Ability to start immediately is a plus
