Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) — Home Health | Austin, TX | Full-Time

Join BrightStar Care and deliver meaningful, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You'll work as part of a supportive clinical team with a responsive office behind you every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Perform skilled LVN visits following an RN-supervised plan of care
• Provide direct, hands‑on patient care across an Austin-area territory
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support positive patient outcomes

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, visit-based scheduling with flexibility

What You'll Need

• Active Texas LVN license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
• Home health experience is preferred but not required — we welcome new graduates and career changers
