Title: Recruiter – Spend Management
Location: Onsite – 3 days a week in Irving, TX 75062
Duration: 3-6 month contract (conversion end of 2026)
Pay Rate : $60-$65/hr
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Background in recruiting for healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment
- Understanding of procurement and strategic sourcing function
- (Direct spend categories such as medical/surgical supplies, labs, equipment, food, IT)
- Experience with Workday and Eightfold
- Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipeline
- Strong negotiation and communication skill

Day to
We are seeking a highly experienced Recruiter to support its Spend Management team. This individual will act as a strategic talent partner, supporting hiring across procurement and strategic sourcing functions within a healthcare/hospital environment.
This role requires a consultative recruiter who can manage a high-volume workload while partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across mid-level to senior roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15–30 open requisitions across the Spend Management team
- Recruit for procurement and strategic sourcing roles, including consultants and corporate hires
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle (intake → onboarding)
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on:
- Talent market insights
- Interview processes
- Candidate selection strategies
- Recruit within a healthcare/hospital provider environment, supporting sourcing and procurement-related roles
- Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between client expectations and candidate needs
- Utilize ATS platforms (Workday, Eightfold) to manage workflows, reporting, and candidate tracking
