Independent COTA Flexible Home Health OT for Adults
FeldCare Connects
FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver premier care for adults in the Miami Gardens area. The OTA in Home Health will assess functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, and home safety, then develop and implement a treatment plan to improve wellbeing.
You will coordinate with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and monitor progress. A state-licensed OTA with an accredited program is required; bilingual skills are a plus.
