Landscape Foreman – Lead Residential and Commercial Outdoor Installations Job Overview

• Company: SA Rainmaker LLC.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour (Depending on Experience) plus performance and seasonal bonuses.

• Location: San Antonio, TX.

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional weekends).

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

You will serve as a vital field leader, directing the successful execution of landscape installation and maintenance projects across the San Antonio area. This role allows you to mentor crew members in a family-run environment that prioritizes professional growth and high-quality service. You will have the autonomy to manage daily field operations while being supported by a leadership team that values long-term career success.

• Supervise and guide landscape crews to ensure the high-quality delivery of residential and commercial projects.

• Coordinate complex daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines.

• Oversee the precise installation of plantings, sod, mulch, and irrigation support systems.

• Train and mentor junior team members on professional landscaping techniques and essential safety protocols.

• Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding material needs and site progress to prevent delays.

• Ensure strict quality control and safety standards are met to drive total customer satisfaction.

• Operate specialized landscaping equipment and tools safely to maximize field productivity.

• Proven experience in landscaping, irrigation, or outdoor construction environments.

• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and maintain productivity with minimal oversight.

• Physical capacity to perform manual labor and lift 50+ lbs in various weather conditions.

• Strong communication skills necessary for managing team dynamics and project needs.

• Reliable transportation to arrive at project sites or the base location consistently.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to facilitate team communication.

• Prior experience reading and interpreting landscape layouts or architectural project plans.

• Technical knowledge regarding irrigation system troubleshooting and specialized maintenance.

• Completion of formal leadership training or previous experience as a field foreman.
