Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, help them find the right vehicle for their needs and budget, and deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish. We're looking for self-driven professionals who are motivated to succeed and thrive in a team-oriented dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and follow up on leads
- Work closely with management and finance teams to complete vehicle sales
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and promotions
- Support dealership goals while delivering a positive customer experience
- Assist with additional dealership duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Working knowledge of computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to learn dealership systems and product knowledge quickly
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
