We're seeking passionate, licensed therapists who want to focus on what matters most - helping clients achieve lasting change while being supported by a collaborative, mission-driven team.Whether you're looking for a full-time caseload or a flexible part-time opportunity, PWP Health offers an environment where clinicians can grow professionally, work with diverse populations, and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.The OpportunityAs a Therapist, you'll provide high-quality clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups while helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their treatment goals.What You'll DoMaintain a productive clinical caseload and provide ongoing therapeutic services.Conduct comprehensive assessments, reassessments, and behavioral health screenings.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team.Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and appropriate clinical responses when needed.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.Who You AreActive Illinois licensure as one of the following:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skillsExperience or specialization in one or more of the following areas:Trauma and PTSDSubstance Use DisordersAnger ManagementCouples TherapyChild and Adolescent TherapyFamily TherapyBilingual or multilingual clinical servicesWhy Join PWP Health?We offer a suite of benefits designed to support our teams.
