Assigned areas are: Receiving, Repack, Returns, Put Away, Picking, Packing, International Packing, Shipping, and any functions as needed. Training will be with a trainer and utilizing work instructions./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliMust be familiar with a working warehouse environment./liliBe able to handle the necessary warehouse equipment in the assigned area of work./liliMust be able to perform at the minimum acceptable performance level for assigned area (95% of set standard or better in assigned area)./liliMust maintain a high level of accuracy within set guidelines./liliMust maintain an acceptable attendance record according to company guidelines./liliNeeds to work in a neat and safe manner by performing daily housekeeping tasks./liliBe able to offer suggestions for continuous improvement to the supervisor or management./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulpEducation:/pulliHigh School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience./li/ulpExperience:/pulli1 to 3 years of previous warehouse or equivalent experience./liliPrior forklift experience, Haz Mat packing, Shipping preferred./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliIt is preferred to have experience working in an automated warehouse environment but not required./liliMust be able to use a PC/CRT and scanners./liliMust be able to learn multiple different softwares to perform daily functions./liliPreferred to have previous experience operating forklifts depending on position./liliMust have good math skills./liliMust be detail orientated and perform with high accuracy./liliMust be able to communicate orally and in writing and be able to read and understand required documents for assigned area./liliMust interact with other employees and departments on a daily basis./liliMust be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and, if necessary, with assistance./li/ulpCompensation Benefits:/pulliSalary Range: $17-$19/hr, depending on location, experience, and qualifications./liliBenefits coverage begins day 1, including the following: ulliMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance/liliDisability Insurance/liliLife Insurance/lili401(k) company match/liliPaid Time Off (15 days annually)/liliPaid Holiday time (10 company-designated days)/liliTuition Assistance/liliAdditional benefits available with company package/li/ul/li/ulpThis position has not been approved for Relocation Assistance./ppThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this job.
