Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. They greet customers, ring up items, process payments, keep a positive attitude, and help with customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
