- Monday - Friday schedule with possible 4-day work week option
- Hospital-employed position with strong work-life balance
- 36 patient contact hours per week
- Manageable patient census of 18 - 22 patients per day
- Phone-only call rotated among practices; low frequency
- Academic affiliation with major state universities
- J-1 waiver support available
