Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations across our diverse production environment. As a Production Manager, you will oversee manufacturing activities across multiple production areas, working closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will play a key role in optimizing production processes, supporting workforce development, and helping scale manufacturing capabilities as the company continues to grow. What You'll Bring 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, workflow management, and process improvement Experience working within aerospace, defense, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering documentation, and production plans Proven success leading teams, improving productivity, and driving operational performance Strong problem‐solving, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field preferred What You'll Do Lead day-to-day production operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement Supervise and support manufacturing personnel across multiple production areas and manufacturing processes, including: Cable and electrical assembly CNC machining Sheet metal fabrication Controlled atmosphere brazing Tube fabrication Injection molding Rotational molding Precision mechanical assembly Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to ensure manufacturing objectives are met Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support new product introductions, process improvements, and manufacturing readiness Develop, mentor, and motivate production supervisors, leads, and manufacturing personnel Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures Troubleshoot production challenges and drive corrective actions to maintain operational performance Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Why Mainstream Engineering?
