District Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - North Carolina, West Virginia, and Mississippi Area

Position Overview The District Manager will lead a district store operations team, ensuring the company’s high standards are met across merchandising, sales, and operational activities. Responsibilities include unit sales performance, personnel management, customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, expense control, overall district administration, and P & L management. Location: North Carolina, West Virginia, and Mississippi areas. Key Responsibilities Drive unit sales performance and achieve regional sales goals. Manage and develop store personnel, including recruiting, interviewing, and training. Ensure high standards for customer service, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention. Control expenses and manage district P & L. Operate as a role model, holding employees accountable for meeting company standards. Travel as required (majority of travel will be store visits within the local/district area). Job Requirements Three to five years of multi‑unit management experience. Proven success and expertise in sales, P & L analysis, and merchandising. Strong track record in staff development, recruitment, and communication. Travel required, primarily local district visits.
