Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $462,000 to $562,000. This range reflects the starting base salary, which is adjusted based on experience and faculty rank, typically falling between $403,000 and $461,000. Please note that this figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
