Commercial Building Engineer - On-Call & Preventive Maintenance

Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC) is seeking a Commercial Building Engineer to maintain the 1650 King Street building in Alexandria, VA and two additional warehouses in Lorton, VA. You will test and replace components, implement preventive maintenance, and respond to tenant requests while ensuring safety and building standards.
