We pride ourselves on delivering premium wheel repair services while creating a fun, dynamic work environment.Why Work Here?Competitive Pay: $18-20/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)Health, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offShop Helper Responsibilities:Maintain shop and equipment in a clean and orderly conditionResponsible for garbage removalAssist with refilling paint and supplies in inventory spaceAssist other technicians with installations as neededPick up and drop off wheels and vehicles locallyPlace vehicle on jacks and jack standsRemove and install wheels and tires, both stock and aftermarket, including oversized tires (training is provided)Mount, balance, and rotate wheels and tires (training is provided)Utilize tire equipment and automotive lifts (training is provided)Provide strong commitment to customer serviceComply with WheelsOnsite's policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedShop Helper Qualifications:Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to lift and carry large, heavy objects (minimum of 75 lbs.)Ability to identify and use standard and metric automotive hand and power toolsAbility to work independently without daily supervisionAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers and other employeesExperience using tire mounting and balancing equipment is a plus!How to Apply:Click "Apply to Position" to join the WheelsOnsite team and take the next step in your career today!
