Program Therapist

Key responsibilities: Center for Teens is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and outpatient services. The therapist will deliver evidence-based treatment, facilitate group therapy sessions, conduct individual and family therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in their recovery journey. Therapy: Facilitate structured group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.). Conduct individual and family therapy sessions as needed. Participate in case consultations and treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive client care. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed. Provide care that is culturally sensitive and trauma-informed. Assessment: Conduct comprehensive initialassessments as needed to determinepotential client’s treatment needs. Utilize evidence-basedassessment tools to provide measurement-basedcare and track client’s progress toward their treatment goals. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurateand up to date client records in compliance with Center for Teens documentation guidelines. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines. Comply withCenter for Teens policies and procedures. Training and Continuing Education: Comply withlicensure requirements for continuing education. Participatein Center for Teens sponsored and provided staff trainings. Qualifications Masters or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited university Full licensure as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT preferred Availability to work evenings (11 am - 7 pm). PHP/IOP experience preferred. Experience working with adolescents. Eagerness to learn and use evidence-based treatment Cultural competency and sensitivity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
