What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough market research, identify, and proactively engage with new clients to effectively promote and expand service offerings.
• Establish and meticulously manage a qualified lead pipeline, consistently exceeding new business targets.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and strategy development to successful deal closure.
• Develop tailored strategies and innovative marketing approaches that align with the agency’s overarching philosophy and corporate growth strategy.
• Achieve and surpass income targets for new business acquisition.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and strategically allocate internal resources to effectively achieve new business objectives and drive market leadership.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of proven, progressive experience in new business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales roles, consistently exceeding new business targets and driving revenue growth.
• A robust and comprehensive understanding of both digital and traditional media channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, linear TV, print, radio, OOH, and more.
• Proficiency in web-based technologies for business advertising and advanced digital lead generation services.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven knack for quick adaptation to diverse audiences and situations.
• A strong track record of preparing high-quality Request for Proposals (RFPs) and successfully engaging with C-level decision-makers in medium to large companies.
• Strong business acumen, enabling the comprehension of complex business needs across diverse industries.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, fostering long-term partnerships.
• A high-energy, client-centric mindset, coupled with a history of delivering innovative solutions that drive client success.
• University degree, preferably in business or marketing.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar leading CRM platforms for pipeline management and sales optimization.
