Assists in writing proposals, developing hours to execute projects, and identifying risks and opportunities for upcoming projects. Evaluates, mentors, and manages employees under their supervision. Supports maintaining and updating department standards, processes, procedures and responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads the Civil/Structural teamOversees Civil/Structural design and project execution, ensuring schedules, budgets, resources, and technical quality stay on track.Coordinates complex manufacturing projects across engineering and construction teams while reporting risks and progress to leadership.
