Lead GenAI / AI-ML SME

Title: Lead GenAI / AI-ML SME
Location: Hybrid in Centennial, CO (4 days onsite; local candidates within 1 hour) or Remote (MST time zone) (Need Local)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Interview Mode: Video

Must-Have Skills:
Strong Python development with hands-on GenAI/LLM experience
LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks
LLM APIs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration
RAG, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval techniques
AI solution design, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership
Cloud AI services and production deployment experience
Telecom/network operations, anomaly detection, incident analysis, and cloud AI/ML certifications.

Note: Need candidates who can lead AI architecture and also build hands-on, not just theoretical AI experience.
