Join the Ultimate Driving Team! BMW of North Haven is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Valet / Porter to join our Service Department team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy working with people, love cars, and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences, we want to hear from you! Starting pay will be $17.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Safely move customer vehicles to and from service lanes, parking areas, and car wash.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas.
- Assist with vehicle staging, lot organization, and dealership display.
- Support the service team with light duties as needed (e.g., vehicle pick-up/drop-off, deliveries).
- Ensure vehicles are clean and properly parked for return to customers.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to drive manual (stick shift) and automatic vehicles is preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Part-time hours (approx. 25 hours/week)
- Morning shift open (5:30am to 10:30am)
