The Job:As a SONIC Drive-In Crew Member which may include Frozen, Fountain, Expo, or Switchboard your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with a SuperSONIC experience by:Creating and packaging delicious menu itemsTrying to beat your best record, every timeBeing proactive (If youre not busy now, you may be in 5 minutes!)Continuously communicating with team to help motivateBeing a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinationsMaintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standardsWhat Youll Need:Contagiously positive attitudeAbility to remain calm, especially in tough situationsResilient spirit knowing everyone makes mistakes and can bounce back from a set-backEagerness to learn and growAbility to multi-task, switching from one task to another with easeTeam mentality and willingness to help where neededEffective communication skills; basic math and reading skillsWillingness to work flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shiftsYou can expect to make between $11 per hour - $14 per hourThe Fine Print:As required by applicable law, SONIC Drive-In franchise organizations will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Each franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for making its own employment-related decisions.
