Consider joining our team and changing the way you think about work!/ph2Responsibilities/h2pThe Apartment Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property./pulliFulfill customer service requests promptly as assigned/liliComplete daily rounds and check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities and any other functional or safety concerns/liliPlumbing, electrical, HVAC and heating system repairs/liliPrep/turn of vacant units/suites/liliPick up/clean grounds and common areas/liliLight carpentry work/liliDrywall repairs and finish work/liliTouch up painting/liliTake after hours on call duties as assigned/liliGeneral cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior of the property/liliImmediate attention to areas posing risks to life safety of residents and customers (fire alarms, trip hazards, etc.)/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliHigh school diploma/liliHVAC certification/liliValid drivers license and current automobile insurance/liliExcellent diagnostic skills/liliStrong customer service skills/liliAttention to detail and sense of urgency in completing job tasks/liliAbility to follow instructions efficiently/liliAbility to maintain a friendly, professional attitude with prospects, residents and colleagues/li/ul/div
