The Driver responsibilities include:

Driving Oak Park Place vehicles and transporting residents
Providing assistance for residents entering and exiting vehicles
Complying with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
Following relevant safety regulations and ensuring that passengers follow safety regulations
Checking the condition of a vehicle's tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order
Helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, prepare rooms for new residents, and other light maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

Driver Qualifications:

Clean Driving Record
Experience in customer service
Friendly manners and desire to be around and help our residents
Valid Driver's License
Previous experience in Maintenance preferred
